Original traditional wooden vessel from Nepal. In earlier times and still today in some places in Nepal, it is used to store food. Depending on the size and shape of these wooden containers, they are used to store milk, curd, ghee and other food items. Nowadays, wooden containers are replaced by metal, ceramic or plastic ones. They all vary slightly in size and appearance.
Today we use them as a unique decoration or a wooden vase for dried herbs. Each wooden vase is original, has a vintage look. Often these vessels are repaired, which gives them a distinctive patina and story. A change in patina is therefore not a defect, rather the opposite. Small imperfections make this vase completely original and perfect.
