In earlier times and still today, wooden containers are used in some places in Nepal for storing food. Depending on the size and shape of these wooden vessels, they are used for keeping milk, curd, ghee, and other foods. Wooden containers are now being replaced by metal, ceramic, or plastic ones. All of them differ slightly in size and appearance.

We use them today as unique decorations or wooden vases for dried grasses, twigs, or artificial flowers. Each wooden vase is an original, with a vintage look. Often, these containers are repaired, which gives them a distinctive patina and story. Changes in patina or repairs, signs of time - therefore they are not flaws, quite the opposite. Minor imperfections make this vase a completely original and perfect accessory.
