One solution is home rituals that help us make everyday activities more enjoyable and set a positive energy.

A few tips that will do good for your soul:
- Create your own corner: Find a small place in your apartment where you feel really good. It could be an armchair with a good book, a bathtub with scented candles, or a corner in the kitchen where you prepare your morning coffee. Just a place where you feel relaxed and it’s your corner, even if just for a few minutes.
